The North Pole is coming to Hitchin!

Things haven’t gone quite to plan this year, so Santa has sent 2 of his workshop elves to come and deliver a personal message from him to your little ones in the build-up to Christmas!

In keeping with social distancing restrictions, you and your little ones can have a special visit from the elves on your very own doorstep. With help from the grown-ups the visit will be completely bespoke to your children!

The elves have also been sent with some special Christmas baked cookies by Mrs Claus herself, as well as a letter from Santa and a certificate to prove they made it onto this year’s nice list!

It is with great sadness, that we must cancel the remaining visits we had planned. A full refund will be made to all remaining families. We will work through the list and send you a text before and after your refund has been processed. We went over every rule in fine detail and ultimately this is completely out of our hands and your health is so important to us.

For those that no longer have a visit, please remember this. Your children are going to have the most wonderful Christmas because they have you for their parents. You love them with your whole hearts, and regardless of whether or not extra visitors won’t be allowed, we know that love from parents cannot be matched. Us elves bring some joy and festive cheer, yes, but you do the rest. It might sound cheesy, but it’s true. We know as adults what our parents mean to us, that’s what we take with us as we grow up.

We know we help make memories, so we will be back with a 12 tier proof business plan in 2021! Keep following us for updates. Have a very Merry Christmas, and hold the people that you can close. Find joy in the simple things and say “I love you” loudly.

*Cookies, our poster, website and Tree decorations have all been made by local small businesses in Hitchin so this will also be supporting them during this time 🙂
